AYURVEDIC PACKAGES

The Ayurvedic Rejuvenation package is designed to suit different needs. Therapeutic treatment for specific diseases are also undertaken under the guidance of an Ayurvedic Doctor.
Ayurvedic Massages like Elakizhi, Sirovasti, Dhara, Navarakizhi and Kizhichil are also offered here. The aim is complete relaxation of the body and mind as Ayurveda believes in the treatment of not just the affected part but of the individual as a whole.

Pizhichil:
This treatment is very useful for Rheumatic diseases like Arthritis, Paralysis, Hemiplegia, Paralysis-Agitanus, Sexual Weakness, Nervous Weakness and nervous disorders etc. In this treatment, lukewarm herbal oils are applied all over the body.

Njavarakizhi:
This treatment is for all types of Rheumatism, Pain in the Joints, Emaciation of limbs, High blood pressure, Cholesterol and certain kind of skin diseases.

Dhara:
In this process, some Herbal oils, medicated milk, medicated butter milk etc. are proud on the forehead in a special method for about 45 minutes in a day for a period of 7-21 days. This treatment is mainly for insomnia, Vatha Predominated diseases, mental tension and certain skin diseases.

Vasthi:
This treatment is for Arthritis, Paralysis, Hemiplegia, Numbness, Bastric complaints associated with Rheumatism and constant constipation. In this treatment certain herbal oils, herbal extracts etc. are used.

Sirovasthi:
This treatment is highly effective for facial paralysis, dryness of nostrils, mouths and throat seviour headaches and vatha-originated diseases. In this treatment certain lukewarm herbal oils are proud into a cap fitted on the head for 15 to 60 minutes per day.

Abhyanga Sudhikriya:
It is a process of massaging the whole body for about 45 to 60 minutes with medicated oil and bath using herbal powder. Benefits: palliative to nerves improves vigor and vitality, introduces Sound sleep.

Nasyam:
Herbal juices, medicated oils etc are applied through nose for 7 to 14 days. This treatment is highly effective for certain kinds of headaches, paralysis, mental disorders some kind of skin diseases etc.

Kizhi:
Herbal leaves and herbs or herbal powders are applied to the all body in blouses with hot medicated oils for 45 minutes per day for a period of 7 to 14 days. This treatment is for osteoarthritis, arthistis with swelling, spondilosis, sports injuries etc.

Sirodhara:
It is a continuous irrigation of medicated oil on the forehead by means of earthen vessel along with Abhayanganam. It is carried out in one-hour duration. It is highly useful in chronic headaches, migraine, mental stress and tension and neurological problems. It induces sleep and total relaxation.

Thailam:
Special powder mixed with medicated oil applying on the top of the head for 20 to 45 minutes. This treatment is helpful for ENT problems, migraine etc.

Lepanam:
This is a process by which medicated herbal paste is applied on the affected part; this is useful for various types of inflammatory conditions.

Herbal Beauty Treatment:
This treatment includes head and face massages with medicated oils and creams, body massage with herbal oil or powder, by hand and foot, intake of rejuvenate medicines and medicated steam bath. Herbal baths are also used.
